Steve Coscia Gives Commencement Speech
Steve Coscia, one of the nation’s top experts on customer service and a highly-regarded speaker in the contractor industry, was invited to speak at the commencement ceremonies for the 2011 graduating class at IntelliTec Colleges in Colorado Springs, CO, Aug. 6.
“Inviting Coscia to speak was an easy decision,” says IntelliTec’s Dean of Students, Randy Flynt.
“We selected Steve Coscia as our graduation commencement speaker because Steve represents everything that we would like our graduates to set their sights toward,” says Flynt.
“I hope to inspire the students with the idea that their tenacity and soft skills demeanor will be just as important as their technical trade skills,” Coscia says.
IntelliTec has been providing quality technical training for students in Colorado since 1965. The Colleges, with campuses in Colorado Springs, Grand Junction and Pueblo, are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges and approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Private Occupational School Board.
Coscia’s textbook, The HVAC Customer Service Handbook is part of the curriculum at IntellTec. A Greater Philadelphia resident, Coscia is the former president of the MidAtlantic Chapter of the National Speakers Association.
Coscia’s books, videos, audio programs and e-learning continue to help thousands of service professionals.
