Piano, Pace And Synergy

Piano, Pace and Synergy

Evan is a young man who handles my company’s video projects.  He is creative and resourceful.
When I had a crazy idea about using a piano to teach customer service behaviors, Evan said “Let’s do it.”
Within a few minutes, I wrote a brief script and then Evan did his magic.

New instructional design ideas are often a result of good synergy among creative folks like Evan and I.

Allowing the creative folks in our midst to do what they do best is a terrific way to maximize their strengths.

Synergy is the creation of a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

When creative people put their heads together almost anything can happen.
