Commercial Value

The best commercial mechanical contractors deliver immeasurable value to their clients in terms of peace of mind. Ask a successful property manager about his or her top priority and the answer will likely be: “Happy and comfortable tenants.” Unlike residential contractors, who serve a single homeowner, commercial contractors service multiple tenants simultaneously. And it is the valued relationship between a commercial contractor and a property manager that deliver tenant satisfaction. When the tenants are happy, so is the property manager.

Commercial Express, in Chantilly, Virginia exemplifies a commercial mechanical company’s value-added service.

Jim Whitescarver, the company president, has inculcated a culture of excellence among employees. This culture is manifested in their proactive client communications and urgent response to client’s needs. It was my pleasure to serve Commercial Express during my last trek.

The best companies are the ones who want to get better. Contractors such as Commercial Express already dominate their marketplace by going the extra mile and differentiating with a noticeable difference.  And yet, they continually seek new and innovative ways to excel.

Serving the Commercial Express team!

The Commercial Express team are very aware of the soft skill implications during maintenance and installation of new equipment. Every aspect of serving commercial properties, from on time presence to cleaning up afterwards makes an impression.

I owe much of my commercial experience to serving Liberty Property Trust, one of the nation’s largest real estate companies, who own and manage 100 million square feet of industrial and office properties.

The experience gained while serving Liberty Property Trust gave me keen insight into commercial mechanical service.
